Dr Asmita Huddar
Dr Asmita Huddar – Mitatai for the SeaHorse team, wears several hats with colorful feathers in them. Inclusion, education, linguistics, coaching and andragogy being the prominent ones. As the Founder & Director of SeaHorse, she now aspires to apply her interdisciplinary wisdom of 4 decades blended with her core values: rationalism, empathy and collaboration. The seed of the project SeaHorse was sown during her Post Doc Fulbright Scholarship at Washington DC when she deep dived into family structure in terms of goals, resources and concerns. Thanks to her passion for ‘staying longer with the problems’ she identified one hither to unattended bundle of potentials in the parenting space – the father! Now that the restless trailblazer in her has bumped into this mission on opening conversations on Babagiri (fathering), she is busy day dreaming about shifting parenting spotlight from mothers to the fathers. Long due anyways. Right?

Dr Varsha Bhagat - If there is anyone who is on board with SeaHorse even prior to the name SeaHorse emerged out of the intense brainstorming, it is Dr Varsha Bhagat - a big name in the world of disability management thanks to her long impacting tenure as the Founder Director of 'etc' at Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Her significant contributions are recognized with endless public honours including the Prime Ministers Award. But this success story in public service sector is an old chapter. Today, she is known for her entrepreneurship in healthcare innovation. As the Director of Bluegenic Pvt Ltd, she still is a soul in search of pioneering paths leading to visionary yet solution driven leadership. SeaHorse continues to benefit out of her grounded belief that comfort and growth rarely co-exist. A sensitive mother in real life, she is all set to father SeaHorse with the early baby steps.
Samyukta Godse – She has been intensely involved in and consistently surrounded by growing children – minimum 8 hours a day for the last 30 years. And yet she looks forward to her next tuition session with her child-like energy! Who does that! Samyukta Godse. A tuition teacher, who created her own pathways into minds and hearts of hundreds of students. Her psychology / counselling background and deep reflections into the world of preteens led her to be an opinionated woke expert on the needs and concerns of the population that SeaHorse intends to deal with – Millennials raising Alphas. Her strengths lay in her passion for Science and Math which she delivers indiscriminately to all odd types, from ultra-rich clients to street children across the school boards. Playing a long tenure of a single parent to 2 children, she claims to have had near real experience of fathering! Samyukta now aspires to supervise the most demanding space of SeaHorse coaching – the learning process.
Advait Kale - Advait Kale is a technology professional with over 10 years of experience in enterprise content management and digital transformation. Over the years, he has worked on complex technology initiatives, collaborated with diverse teams across different time zones, and helped organizations navigate challenges using practical and sustainable solutions. He enjoys learning, sharing experience and looking at problems from different perspectives. His involvement in SeaHorse hails from his belief that meaningful change often begins with a simple conversation, openness and a willingness to learn from one another. With this skill set and mindset, he just fits ‘here’…or do we say he fits ‘everywhere’! And yes, he is the 2 A.M. friend or a ‘go-to’ guy for the SeaHorse teams from accounts to technology and from social media to digital marketing solutions.
Vivek Karwande – Vivek is an empathetic leader who brings passion and creativity to global SAP ERP delivery at a multinational industrial technology company. Serving a worldwide footprint spanning more than 90 countries, technology is merely one lens through which to view him. Beyond his professional scope, Vivek brings an immense human angle, deep social awareness, and a perspective that pairs global insights with rooted Marathi culture and psyche. A big fan of the concept of SeaHorse, he is also a father of three—including a beloved four-legged one! And he is now excited to help SeaHorse decode the grammar of Babagiri.
Dr Akshay Desai - Dr. Akshay Desai is a doctor by education, a corporate strategist in pharmaceutical medical affairs and a full-time father to an 8-year-old. That explains his urge to go beyond common sense while parenting. With over 13 years of leadership experience in healthcare, he brings a practical strategy and clean perspective to his advisory role in SeaHorse. In this role, Dr. Desai intends to focus on content quality and audience perspective in Babagiri activities. Being a modern-day father, he believes that action oriented empirical hand holding with grounded material is what Babas and Papas need while navigating the everyday realities of modern parenthood. Cheers to his unparalleled commitment to & 'practice before preach in this journey.

Harish Sadani
A known figure as the Founder of MAVA (Men Against Violence and Abuse), Harish Sadani has been pro-actively contributing in the gender and health sector for nearly 4 decades. He is known for his out-of-the-box activities to open conversations on masculinity, sexuality and equal relationships.
Ujwala Milind Patil
A veteran in aviation field, now a personality development facilitator and soft skill trainer. Ujwala is blessed with positive lens to look at the world around her and it is quite organic to reflect that spirit in her writings.
Dr Madhumanjiri Gatne
A veterinary doctor by profession, Manju is a passionate traveler and a life-long Sanskrit student. She has a heart and mind full of love for languages, music and art. She writes songs, poems and creating modern versions of old cultural poetry is her forte.
Prachi Joshi
Prachi is a Counselling Psychologist with a keen interest in teaching and research. Currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology, she believes in creating a person-centred space where meaningful conversations are at a centre stage. She believes in 2 Cs: consistent effort and curiosity.
Priyanka Pandit
Priyanka is active in digital marketing for the last 10 years. She is social media digital partner Founder of Brandgram. She is also a podcaster and runs extra miles to introduce choicest people, organizations and missions to her viewers.
Abhiejeett Panse
Understanding the relevance and ever-increasing demand of media governed market, Abhiejeett Panse founded Brandgram along with his partner to address need for a better reach. He has been passionately working in the field for more than 13 years. Handholding new brands to establish and sustain the competition is his forte.
Kalpesh Bandkar
Kalpesh is a digital marketing professional for more than a decade and enjoys decoding social media and marketing for his clients. He is known for his dedication towards building brands through creativity, conviction and strategic innovation.
Sampat Mamane
A special teacher by qualification and profession, Sampat has developed liking and skills at using AI based avenues to create and edit audio visuals for social purpose. Soon he found that to be his calling and he is currently mastering the art and science of content development.
