Our Mission
ध्येय
Our mission is to create guidance and support avenues for the fathers of school going children to be able to step up their parenting role in terms of behavior, line of thinking and communication so that they are proactive to reach the goal of equal parenting.
Our Objectives
To provide opportunity in Marathi for the fathers of school age children between 4 to 12 years to equip themselves with evidence-based strategies, tools and techniques in a few relevant specified areas which would equip them to:
- Set their happy and responsible parenting goals and fathering objectives,
- Initiate and sustain the process for achieving them in terms of doable action points to be takenup regularly.
- Understand and be proactive towards equal parenting.
उद्दिष्ट:
4 ते 12 वर्षे वयोगटातील शालेय मुलांच्या वडिलांना काही संबंधित विशिष्ट क्षेत्रांमध्ये पुरावा-आधारित धोरणे, साधने आणि तंत्रांनी सुसज्ज करण्याची संधी उपलब्ध करून देणे जे त्यांना खालील गोष्टींसाठी सुसज्ज करतील:
- पालकत्वाची आनंदी आणि जबाबदार ध्येये आणि पितृत्वाची उद्दिष्टे निश्चित करणे,
- नियमितपणे त्या ध्येयांना आणि उद्दिष्टांना सहजशक्य कृतीबिंदूंच्या सहाय्याने साध्य करण्याच्या दृष्टीने प्रक्रिया सुरू करणे आणि ती टिकवून ठेवणे,
- समान पालकत्व समजून घेणे आणि त्याबाबत सक्रिय राहणे.
